Today we want to share great news with you!

The team of the “GLOBA22” charitable foundation has undergone organizational development training, which means only one thing: our future work will be even more effective and coordinated!

During the two-day facilitation session conducted by the wonderful Jana Pekun with her assistant Lyudmila, we talked a lot and shared the nuances of our current work in order to evaluate and develop an organizational development plan for the coming years.

We are grateful to Yana and Lyudmila for the facilitation and cooperation! Now the whole team has ambitious plans and a desire to become better!
