As you know, GLOBA22 BF combines the work of the Support Center in Dnipro with the Ukrainian Educational Platform. Therefore, this week part of our team visited Lviv for training for Support Centers as part of cooperation with DanChurchAid on future projects.

For several days we worked on:

– project planning, features of grant application submission and mentoring support

– study of the community’s request and project toolkit

– project communication support

– assessment of regional needs, community development opportunities, identification of key stakeholders and work planning

– improving cooperation and improving teamwork

– the role of coordinators in implementing project tools

Now our joint projects will be more effective!
